For nearly 80 years the debate has raged and simmered over marijuana. Here in Montana, views have shifted back and forth and back again.  The beginnings of another round of debate surfaced this week with stories from Eric Stern, former senior counsel to Gov. Brian Schweitzer, and the Bozeman Daily Chronicle publishing online the Associated Press' story from writers Kristen Wyatt, Gene Johnson, Lauran Neergaard and AP researcher Monika Mathur Saturday.
