Level 3 Sexual Offender Living In Bozeman

As a service to the community, the Bozeman Police Department is issuing the following information on a Level 3 Sexual Offender living in the City.

Robert Dolan McCleve (DOB: 03-08-74) is a Level 3 Sexual Offender. He was sentenced in 1999 for sexual assault involving an 11-year old girl. According to the Montana Department of Justice Sexual or Violent Offender Registry, a Level 3 Sexual Offender is a risk of a repeat sexual offense and threat to public safety. Because the victim was under 12 years of age and Robert was older than 18, the state labels McCleve a Sexually Violent Predator.

McCleve listed a current residential address of 306 Lindley Place, Bozeman, MT 59715 with the State and Bozeman Police Department.
