Incident At Belgrade Senior Center

Police are at the Belgrade Senior Center this morning where an incident has prompted a shutdown of the center for what could be several days.

Gallatin County sheriff’s deputies and detectives, Belgrade police and the Gallatin County coroner were at the center at Cameron Avenue and Broadway this morning.

A police detective was overheard telling on onlooker that a police investigation is underway and the senior center is expected to be closed for several days.

Belgrade Police Chief EJ Clark said police have spoken to all of the neighbors in the area and told them there is not a public safety issue.
