If You Eat Out In Bozeman You’re Most Likely A So-So Tipper
I came across a story in USA Today last week: Millennials: Big Eaters; Small Tippers. And found the conclusions to be rather shocking! Honestly, don't we all tip 20%?
Apparently not!
I decided to visit five of my favorite Bozeman restaurants; Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday, and Breakfast and Dinner on Sunday and asked the waitstaff:
"How well do Bozeman diners tip?" (Restaurants & Waitstaff were guaranteed anonymity)
From my completely unscientific sampling it seems Bozeman IS a tipping town, BUT in the 10-15% range more often than not. Further, four of the five Waitstaff had that amazing story of a party leaving an extraordinary tip.
