Montana State University students will soon have the opportunity to learn about one of the most pressing global challenges their generation will be charged with solving—world hunger. Hunger and malnutrition are responsible for more deaths worldwide than any other cause. Even in the U.S., one in six Americans goes to bed hungry at night.

The HungerU Tour is coming to Montana State University to ignite the conversation about how tomorrow’s leaders can join the fight to end world hunger.

On Sept. 11 – 12, the interactive, mobile HungerU exhibit will be on the Montana State University Campus from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to encourage students to learn about the global hunger challenge and solutions for feeding the world. By building awareness of the hunger issue and the critical role modern agriculture plays by putting food on our tables, HungerU will engage students in the ongoing hunger crisis and encourage them to take action in their communities to meet the growing demand for safe, nutritious and affordable food.
