Government Regulations Are Killing Small Business

Tom Egelhoff host of the weekly "Open for Business Radio Show", talks with Wayne Winegarden, Ph.D., a Senior Fellow with the nonpartisan, nonprofit Pacific Research Institute, who recently released "The 50-State Index of Small Business Regulation," which compares the regulatory burdens of small businesses across the 50 states.

The report also offers significant broad-based reforms such as right-to-work; reduced family leave mandates; the elimination of energy policies such as those that subsidize politically favored energy resources; and reigning in excessive workers compensation and unemployment insurance mandates.
