He was once the Montana House majority leader, now he's heading to prison. Prosecutors are asking that the former majority leader be sentenced to at least 28 years in prison for selling drugs.

Documents which were filed last week by prosecutors describe the 57-year-old Michael David Lange as the central figure in Montana drug trafficking

In 2016, Lange helped bring in 20 to 50 pounds of methamphetamine into the state. In September, He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess and distribute meth and possession with the intent to distribute.
