In case you don’t know what a man bun is — it’s a round clump of hair on top of a man’s head. (See Photo Above)

Somewhere between the size of a golf ball and a tennis ball.

Obviously you’d have to have fairly long hair to accomplish this on your own.

Why you would want to is a whole other story.

I’m doing my daily Internet trolling on Facebook and what do I come across? A portable man bun.

You can pick one up on Amazon for around $10.

Yep, if you don’t have hair long enough to sport your own man bun you can get an artificial man bun that will attach to your existing hair. Problem solved.

Why A Man Bun?

Is there some Cosmopolitan article that supports the man bun option as being some kind of aphrodisiac for your relationship?

Did some hot Hollywood hunk show up at some hot spot sporting the man bun and men everywhere had to emulate that fashion statement?

While there have been some fads I’ve followed. Bell Bottom Pants. The gold necklace thing. Even the Leisure Suit.

But I can’t imagine a motivation strong enough for me to spend $10 to attach a clump of hair to the top of my head and then go out in public thinking I’m really cool.

Some Final Thoughts

Looking back it’s hard to believe that a leisure suit once hung in my closet. But that was a more innocent time.

I guess it’s whatever society will accept or tolerate. Most women would like their 20-year-old yearbook picture erased from the face of the earth.

The reason most give is the hairstyle that was so “in” looks really lame today.

At least I’m not wearing a leisure suit in my senior picture and I do have a semi-respectable haircut although I still look dorkier than I do today.

I guess I’ve done my good deed for the day. I’ve shown you where to get your very own man bun.

It’s only a matter of time before you’re a chick magnet. Let me know how it goes.
