Don’t Let This Cold Snap Turn To Frozen Pipes

Just a little reminder to you, don't let this first real cold snap turn into the nightmare of frozen pipes for you! Just Monday it was nearly 50 and we'll be lucky to see anything much beyond single digits for the rest of the week here are a few things you can do to keep your pipes from freezing:

• Insulate those pipes! (an ounce of prevention!)
• Set & maintain your thermostat at a comfortable temperature day and night
• Let the water trickle - might cost a little on the water bill but much cheaper than busted pipes!

IF THEY DO FREEZE:

• Try a hair dryer to warm the pipes - leave the faucets OPEN!
• Call your plumber
