Friends of MSU Library will host its annual Distinctive Dialogues, an evening of light fare and lively conversation, on Tuesday, April 7, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bozeman. A social hour with a no-host bar and appetizers will begin at 6:30 p.m., with dialogues to follow at 7 p.m.

At Distinctive Dialogues, guests are invited to join a table of five to seven others and participate in a conversation led by their choice of one of 19 local experts. This year, dialogue topics range from wine to gardening, bees to Brad Pitt, and chainsaw carving to coffee. New this year is the “Serendipity Hour,” where after the first hour of conversation, table hosts will rotate to another table, allowing guests the opportunity to hear from two local experts.

Tickets are $25 and must be purchased in advance. For more information or to make a reservation, call 994-3119 or visit msuaf.org/dialogues
