A southern Montana man has been arrested after he allegedly beat a woman to death with a frying pan.  Big Horn County officials say 22-year-old James Isaiah Brien was arrested Saturday for homicide.  Undersheriff Michael Fuss said Brien attacked three women with a frying pan on Feb. 8.

Brien is being charged with homicide and his bail is set at $1.1 million. The three women were assaulted in the incident, but only one had fatal injuries. Brien is scheduled to make an initial court appearance today.
