Everyone needs a friend like David Hart.

The British soldier who was killed by a Taliban bomb last year left more than $160,000 in his will so his friends could go to Las Vegas.

Hart took out a life insurance policy for more than $400,000 before he was deployed, requesting that his pals hit Sin City for a huge bash should he die while serving. Now, about 32 friends are slated to go to Las Vegas to make his wish come true.

A friend of his said, “In his letter David said he had had a great life and had no regrets about anything. He always said he would do something like this if something bad happened.”

That’s just the beginning of how awesome Hart was, though. He also left money for his family and $80,000 to a charity that helps injured soldiers.

David’s legacy will live on after his buddies paint the town red, especially since a charity has been set up to help wounded Marines in Britain.
