Congressman Zinke Responds to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Joint Address

Today Montana Congressman Ryan Zinke released the following statement regarding Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s joint address to Congress:

“Today Prime Minister Netanyahu delivered a powerful speech to Congress that highlighted the importance of working with our allies, rather than with dangerous rogue nations like Iran. I have fought alongside Israeli defense forces in the global war on terror. I know from my 23 years of experience as a U.S. Navy SEAL that Israel and her people share our commitment to peace and stability in the Middle East.

 

“President Obama however refuses to hear the call of Israel, her people, and our nation that a nuclear Iran would have devastating consequences around the globe. Instead, he continues his negotiations and planning with a regime that we cannot trust. I am proud to stand with Israel, our friend and ally.”
