Congressman-elect Ryan Zinke encouraged all Montanans to take a moment today to remember those who have sacrificed for their country.

"Today is a day to remember—those who are serving, those who have served, those who have given their lives, and those who have given their family and friends," said Zinke. "We need to not only remember the selfless service of our veterans today, but each and every day."

"Veterans Day is a day for gratitude and remembrance, but it should also serve as a reminder that we as a nation made promises to our veterans that are not being upheld—and that needs to change," concluded Zinke.
