I’ve missed two Super Bowls in my life. The first in 1967 while vacationing in the jungles of South Vietnam at the expense of Lyndon Johnson, and last Sunday.
We mark the passage of the rich and famous with mixed feelings. They touched our lives even though, in most cases, we never actually knew them in real life.
Our founders had a vision for a land where every person could rise to their full potential — without the interference of government. Good luck with that.
