Police Provide New Details on Newtown, Conn. School Shooting
During a Sunday news conference, police said the gunman in Friday's school shooting at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn. possessed much more ammunition in addition to the rounds he used to kill 20 children, seven adults and himself. Authorities also responded to a phoned-in threat at a church near the scene of the tragedy which has left the small New England town shaken and in a state of solemn mourning.

UPDATE 6:30 p.m.: Originally it was thought that Adam Lanza, the gunman, shot his mother at the Sandy Hook Elementary school, where she was a teacher's aide. ABC has learned that, in fact, Nancy Lanza was killed at her home (by her son) prior to the massacre. He then drove to the school, where he killed 20 children and six adults, before killing himself.

Montana State Bobcat Defense Is Ready For Sam Houston State – Cat Chat [AUDIO]
The Montana State Bobcats Football team will be facing Sam Houston State on December 7th at Bobcat Stadium. The Bobcats are coming off a first round 16 - 10 win over Stony Brook last weekend. If this season's playoffs look familiar, that's because the Bobcats suffered a loss to Sam Houston State in the second week of the playoffs last year. The Bobcat players say they have a different story planned for 2012 though.
Manziel, Te’o, Klein Named Heisman Finalists
History could be in the making this weekend, with a defensive player and a freshman highlight among this year’s finalists for the Heisman Trophy. Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel, Notre Dame linebacker Manti Te’o and Kansas State quarterback Collin Klein were announced as candidates for football’s most prestigious trophy, which will be awarded Saturday night.
