I've always scoffed at the notion that being cold will make you catch a cold. We have heard this multiple times through warnings our entire lives. But what is the truth about being cold and catching a cold?

The video above from AsapScience confirms my initial belief that the cold itself does not make you sick. And it's actually your family, friends, coworkers, and strangers who are making you sick. Instead of worrying about a jacket, I would be more worried about wearing mask like in the image below to prevent spreading sickness.
