Governor Steve Bullock will order all flags flown in the State of Montana at half-staff on Friday, May 6, 2016 for 24 hours to honor the memory of United States Senator Conrad Burns.

“I join all Montanans in paying respect and remembering the life of Senator Conrad Burns, who passed away on April 28th, 2016. Senator Burns was a dedicated father, husband, Marine, and public servant. He was a fierce advocate for all of Montana,” said Governor Bullock. “His legacy and his work are enshrined in the farms and ranches, cities and towns, and the people and places throughout this great state.”
