Voters recently approved the proposed $36.9 million Bozeman Public Safety Center.

Bozeman City Commissioner Jeff Krauss pushed for public safety center bond. Krauss, admitted this week on Dominick In The Morning that he really thought the bond would not be approved by voters. Now pleasantly surprised, Krauss has pledged that he will do everything he can to keep the building of the center on budget.

But wait, don't put those shovels in the ground quite yet, former state legislator Roger Koopman has filed a lawsuit.

Koopman wants the Gallatin County District Court to void the election results he claims Bozeman broke, by running a political campaign to push for the new base for city police, firefighters, courts and victim services.

Krauss shared his views about the center, the lawsuit and what will be coming up with the Bozeman City Commission.
