The Bozeman Varsity High School hockey team emerged the victor at the Montana Amateur Hockey Association High School state tournament!

The tournament consisted of the top six teams in the high school division. Bozeman entered the tournament in fourth place, and finished as state champions.

Head Coach Derek Porter:

“We have been focusing on what is in front of us, but with the energy of being invited to compete at the USA Hockey National Tournament, I think we’re playing to a new level.”

The Varsity Hockey team will be competing in National Championships, March 17-21. The high school players will be the only team representing Montana in the USA Hockey sponsored tournament.
