Luckily no one was seriously injured when 28 year old Billings man, Christopher Iron, decided to get behind a wheel twice while under the influence of alcohol. The first attempt resulted in a crash. The suspect then stole another vehicle and crashed that too. Does he know that life is not a video game?

Christopher Iron, 28 years old, was booked into the Yellowstone County jail on two counts of DUI and felony theft on Wednesday morning.

Investigators believe that on Tuesday night, Iron's car crashed into a light pole in front of Lockwood School around 10pm while Iron was driving under the influence of alcohol. He fled the scene of the crash and then later that night around 12:45am stole a semi tractor-trailer near the school and jackknifed the vehicle causing damage to the cab of the truck.

Iron is expected to appear in Justice Court this week.
