Ah, yes...a golden YouTube oldie..the 'Bare as You Dare' bike ride on August 17, 2014 resulted in a mixture of laughs, yawns, and some moral outrage by offended parents who did not want their children 'exposed' to such a sight.

Madeline Beck with the UM School of Journalism reports that on Tuesday at the Montana legislature, a bill was introduced to actually outlaw such events. The bill, carried by Representative David 'Doc' Moore (R) of Missoula would criminalize a show of any private parts in public. Currently, a person can only be charged with indecent exposure if they expose themselves with the intent to abuse, humiliate, harass or degrade.

This all stemmed, of course, from last August's event in Missoula, in which over 200 participants rode through town in various stages of undress, some completely nude.

No immediate action was taken on the bill.
