Big Sky Resort To Close Easter Sunday, Pond Skim Saturday April 19th

Closing out Big Sky Resort’s 40th anniversary year is the 11th annual Pond Skim, marking the finale of another ski season. Pond Skim 2014, is Saturday, April 19 at 3:00 pm near the base of Ramcharger chairlift on the Ambush ski run. The last day of the season is Easter Sunday April 20.

Big Sky Resort’s Pond Skim is a spectacle of carnage as participants attempt to ski or snowboard over a glacier blue pond built by Big Sky Resort’s terrain park team and draws over 5,000 spectators.
