February 14, 2011 I hear preachings of less government, less government, less government. But when it comes to happy couples wanting to marry, the government says no. When schools try to educate our youth about the realities of sex, the government puts on the blind fold. And it could soon be that if you and your spouse decide to split, you will need some good ol' government appointed counseling.
February 10, 2011 Here are some of our favorite candies that are only available from roughly the second week of January to February 15th, when they are wonderfully half price! Who cares if you have someone to give to or not, they are delicious. One time I got a Valentine gift of candy from a customer when I worked in fast food and it made my day. Do something special for anyone this holiday, the least expected is always the best.

January 28, 2011 The Bureau of Economic Analysis has reported that our gross domestic product has grown from 2.6 in the third quarter to 3.2 percent in the fourth quarter of the 2010 fiscal year. Does this mean jobs will be on the rise again? My guess is no because people have survived without those employees through the last year, and a majority will likely keep it that way.

January 17, 2011 Can you believe this? Politicians and celebrities accused of tax evasion. Former Swiss banker, Rudolf Elmer, has handed over a disc to wikileaks containing 2,000 names including 40 politicians he believes are guilty of tax evasion. Politicians not paying taxes? If they are found guilty they should be immediately removed from their positions. What do you think?
January 12, 2011 Sarah Palin is becoming defensive of the implications that she is partly to blame for the attempted assassination of Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords. Of course Palin will use this added publicity to fuel her moment of stardom, but what she really needs to realize is that this is her chance to persuade the public.
