48 year-old Timothy Quigg was arrested on Wednesday at the Mountain Lion bus depot and charged with several counts of sexual assault after allegedly groping and making inappropriate comments to at least four teenage girls.

At his Missoula Justice Court appearance on Friday, Deputy Missoula County Attorney Brittany Santorno asked Judge Marie Anderson to impose bail of $50,000 on Quigg.

"This defendant approached and groped teenage girls at the bus station," Santorno began. "He has four prior felonies two DUI's, a theft and a burglary, all out of Billings. He was also highly intoxicated at the time, which is concerning, because he hadn't been off his DUI supervision for very long. We have another unconfirmed report of an assault that may have occurred on the bus, and there are concerns that this defendant was the perpetrator in that incident as well."

Judge Anderson set bail at $50,000 and remanded Quigg back to the jail. His next court appearance will be October 7.
