LeBron James scored 30 points, and the top-seeded Miami Heat beat the Milwaukee Bucks, 88-77, in Milwaukee on Sunday afternoon to complete a four-game sweep of their best-of-seven, first-round NBA playoff series. Milwaukee's Monta Ellis had 21 points, eight assists and five rebounds in a losing effort. The eighth-seeded Bucks were resoundingly outplayed throughout the series by Miami, which was the best team in the Eastern Conference in the regular season.

James added eight rebounds and seven assists for the Heat, who took the first step in defending their 2012 NBA title. Ray Allen chipped in with 16 points for Miami, which will face the winner of the Chicago Bulls-Brooklyn Nets series in the second round.
